Good form is everything when it comes to weight lifting. Without it, you cannot expect to reach your weight lifting goals. Whether you are trying to gain mass, get toned or cut fat; using the right form is needed to get there.

There are two reasons why weight lifting techniques is so important. First, good form is needed for safety. Your muscles have a certain range of motion and therefore, there is a certain way to strengthen each muscle. If you stray from this range, you will get hurt.

Second, good form is needed to strengthen the muscles effectively. Like I said above, your muscles have a certain range of motion and therefore must be target a certain way to grow effectively. You can’t expect to do things your own way and hope to reach your goals.
